april, we talked you talked about the success list and i think that's a cool exercise. It's really rooted in what we call the number one lie that stands between you and success which is that everything matters equally. So for me it comes down to um what are my annual goals right the four-one-one so let me break that down. And then looking at those weekly activities i decide what time and what day is it going to be the most beneficial or am i going to have the actual bandwidth to focus on that? I typically use from uh five in the morning to about six in the morning for this time to focus on specifically what i'm going to do  and
