Oan: I think the well informed executive has to be able to see both of these, so ofino counterpoise ad you know, the impact one has on the other. What's the culture of this company as these changes take hold? Oan: Culture matters more than anything. We've now got the technology that allows us to dhare, i say, atd eliminate middle management. Whydo we put middl management in the first place? And i think it turns out to be a very different company which is managed much more by exception than by executive fiat and direction. So culturally, maybe we get away from the command and control and more about the self organizing groups
