The North Star KPI, at the end of the day, I think you really only change it when you've made progress on it. Progress that you are satisfied with. But there is a potential to maybe split focus areas and actually truly align everyone. It can be very costly for the team too much if they're not aligned. And this is based on a space off of VOC. But it certainly could be that maybe we have the wrong model. And we need like a totally different model, which to be fair for this particular company. This is a downloadable product. The onboarding itself is not super awesome, but it will be one day. They are actually working on overhauling
