Creating a Launch Team Is Not Just Gathering Critical Mass

I feel like sometimes if we're not careful we we incorporate mission into the local church plant but only for the reason of gaining more people in the church. I mean yes there is a point in which some people may be drawn back in but our job is to basically plant other people where they are and let them know that the kingdom of God is at hand. There's just such a you know such an easy thing to stay and you just creeps in so subtly doesn't it to all these decisions like why do we do this?
