The Effect of Unprotected Sex on Fertility Rates
In order to make the method work, we always have to have a buffer. So these two things together give us a buffer in the beginning and the buffer at the end. And so it's always tacking on a few additional days to make sure that you are not having sex in the actual window of your fertility. When you do that, the method is up to 99.4% effective at preventing pregnancy.
