Is Elon Musk's Deal to Buy Twitter on the Original Terms?
Twitter has not dropped its lawsuit to force Musk to go through with the deal. The trial date is still set for October 17th. Eric Talley, a professor at Columbia Law School, explains why Musk came in at the original offer price instead of trying a lower price. He says there's some attraction to getting exactly the same financial terms as were with the initial deal.
