The Importance of Limiting Stress
This week's episode is about stress, which has been very present in my life recently. I asked a couple of questions on our Instagram and wanted to hear your guys thoughts on it. Another topic idea that I had was like perfectionism, which I feel like maybe I could talk in a future episode about. Some people are better able to handle stress than others. Stress means different things to different people or causes stress in one person, maybe not concern to others. In small doses, stress can help you accomplish tasks prevent you from getting hurt. For example, stress is what gets you to slam on the brakes in an accident.
