I'm really fascinated right now and this is probably going to shock a lot of people. I think cluster sets actually may reduce some of the interference effect if done correctly because you could do a high amount of work and reduce the fatigue. When I'm trying to get pure power and speed or strength development, I have to change that cluster set as that fatigue has to be removed. So in the UCSCI, we talk a lot about vertical integration and horizontal sequencing. So really, you've got to think of your cluster set in that way as well.
