I think that's my experience is that companies as well as advisors understand how the winds are blowing and that things are changing. Getting the implementation right is very important because to your point the complexity could potentially cost companies a significant amount of money. And you need to understand that governments are not looking for complexity for the sake of complexity. So it's a complete different angle and I will do little tax and a lot of critical issues advice in my new practice. That's an easy way to answer the revolving door criticism which I think I unfairly faced.
