Is There Any Evidence That Mindful Eating Can Improve Energy Intake?

There is little evidence to suggest that mindful eating or intuitive eating really influence energy intake or diet quality. But there's good research indicating that these interventions can enhance psychological outcomes and reduce depressive symptoms. So it has a place, but only for the things that it's really targeting. And this is a not inherently a weight loss strategy.
