The film is very human oriented. It's envisioning Los Angeles with actual working like public train transit, which is an incredibly optimistic view of the future,. I love the way they constructed that, where it doesn't show off like the future tech all too much. And yeah, I think they actually shot it also a lot of it in Shanghai actually to make it more futuristic.
