I started to listen to that voice and that really changes things for you when you actually listen to what it's saying rather than just accepting it all flow by. The other thing he talked about was then if you know that how do you stop those thoughts from overwhelming you? I remember the experience of leaning backwards and sitting quietly leaning away from the thoughts and then going so far away from them that they kind of shrunk into a tiny pin break. It felt like there was this whole massive universe and this tiny little thing.
