What Do You Do When You're Stuck?

If there's a block somewhere, I will quite often go and think about something else. One of the beauties of being a lecturer is you have to do other things. And so sometimes I've put huge effort into the teaching side. The best one was I had a different teddie for each of the lectures. They all had names. Then for the final lecture of the mechanics course, for the final Lectureship they were all in this little lecture theatre. So it was just a way of breaking. But I don't tend to think that I'm going to go for a walk now to clear my head and sort this out.
