The Legality of Non Human Creatures and Magic

In 1631, clause three of the code known as the warden band stated that no non human creatures permitted to carry or use a want. That is one of the main basis of our interaction with the legalities of non human creatures and magic. And it's that kind of legality that makes me think of my own indigeneity, my own people where we had a pot latch ban. The law kept indigenous people from gathering more than three. So if you had three or more indigenous people, it was considered illegal.
