Are We Going to See Pillar Two Legislation in the New Congress?

The new Republican majority in the House feels quite aggrieved by the process that the Treasury Department has gone through over the last couple of years. So I actually think pillar two is going to be a very significant focus of attention in the new Congress, but not because of legislation,. But because of Congress's oversight role, convening hearings and calling witnesses forward to explain themselves.
