We Need New Wind and Solar Farms, Not Just Announced

When was the last time we actually had a new wind or soler farm announced as committed and going ahead? We need to accelerate, not slow down. And this is also another remarkable week in that we didn't have a new hydrogen or offshore wind farm announcement.
