The Role of Federal Bank Regulators in Choke Point 1.0
There is an amazing white paper put out by this firm called Cooper and Kirk, which is a law firm that played a very prominent role in choke point 1.0. They did a big deep dive on what's going on with these federal bank regulators. Congress should investigate whether or not bank regulators are acting to squelch private sector innovation for the benefit of existing federally regulated banks. I think there's going to be a lot of investigations.
