LZ Granderson: I think one thing that's resonated with me this whole time is the fear of proving people who doubt in my abilities right. He says too many people don't fulfill what they could because they've allowed them other people to take their power. LZ: If you actually start doing it, they are going to get jealous and they're going to come and start picking probably for no reason. "I totally get being afraid of disappointing people. I have that disease too," he says.
