And i think it was about three or four days of the strike, and the pany had to agree to their demands. So you're returning to the question of flexibility. I think it's, if you look it from the workers perspective, i think it's a negotiation they have to neg tiate on a daily basis. They negotiate often by building personal relationships with the mid level managers or inturns.
