Is There a Club of English People, British People?

I find it a fascinating aspect of being British is the fact that you have this much more influential country with the same language just over the road. It's amazing how many British journalists have messaged me in the past saying, it's such a great gig you have and I do feel blessed. Most people here, they're very familiar with American popular culture, but they don't have the relationship to it that you obviously have. One of the reasons I wrote the book is that I have a very particular, you would say, British style from an American perspective - which is I grew up watching Paxman and idolizing Jeremy Paxman.
