Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella talks about his company and Second Life. He says he was fascinated as a kid by the idea that computers were going to become so fast they'd be able to simulate reality. And then when the internet came around, I was like wow, now you could actually connect a ton of computers together on the server side for some kind of space. It seemed to me that the coolest thing you could do with a computer would be to get people in there and let them do what they want.
