The Effect of the Economy on Private Equity Prices

In good economies prices go up. So if you look at it, we end up more money splashing around private equity and low interest rates. Bad news is because of that, maybe it becomes more competitive. Sellers in turn see that that's a pretty frothy market and they hold out for a higher price.
