The Demand for Smaller Banks

Kat Taylor is co-founder and chair of the board of beneficial state bank, an Oakland-based community development bank. She says we need to return to strict regulatory stress testing of all banks over 50 billion in assets. The New York Fed has announced it will implement transparency policy by the end of 2023.
