Movie Review: 1776

The book scenes are actually so much better shot and directed than the music scenes. Limo Miranda talks about how 1776 is the only musical you watch and like yearn to get back to the book scenes. In the movie, it's true. I would argue that if you get a good production of the musical, some of those numbers just absolutely rip. If you do it wrong, some of the numbers are, are a little weak.
