need to work on the skills and the experience that lets you do a great job there which is how you're going to define a product that will be successful and that all of that goes back to customer insight market insight creativity creative execution influence all of those skills are going to be equally valid if not more valid so think about it in these three categories and the last thing I'll share is don't don't succumb to your fear recognize your fear I know a lot of people are actually intentionally not keeping track of what's going on with AI or ignoring it because they're afraid they're afraid that it's going to change things they're afraid that perhaps that AI will take their job they're afraid of learning something new so I highly recommend it's actually quite normal like that tendency is quite normal some people are very excited about AI stuff and they're all over it but there are many people who are like actively avoiding it this is not the kind of thing you avoid I'm fine that you avoided you know the web 3 stuff and the crypto stuff and maybe you even avoided the mobile boom or whatever the mobile wave right like 10 12 years ago because you were working on different kind of software it's fine but ignoring what's happening with AI is akin to ignoring what was happening in the 90s with the world wide web right and I don't think it is smart to ignore it and so but the words I say don't matter what you first need to do is you need to recognize that the fear exists you are afraid it's okay to be afraid and then only when you accept that will you actually move on to the next step which is actually learn more engage more play with these tools and so on
