Chris Wagner: I think in certain educational spheres, you get more of this than others. In a engineering degree, 100%, we were always doing root cause analysis. That's part of the process around building things as an engineer. And so then I could redesign and use my critical thinking in the data I had in front of me to make better informed decisions about what I was building as a product.
