Sally Kohn: Burnout exists on a spectrum with another component of productivity. She says we need two other components of burnout to qualify as being burnt out. The third one is inefficacy, which can make us feel profoundly unproductive. Kohn: If you reduce your level of chronic stress and mine the six areas of our work that burnout tends to grow inside of, instead of being exhausted, you become energized.
