What Happened to the Jews in England?
In the 16 fifties, a significant number of people in jamaica were of jewish descent. The english government had to decide what to do with these people who openly professed to be jews. Some believed that they could eventually convert them and lead to their conversion at the end of the world. But others thought it was better for england not to have any jews living on its soil.
