How to Read a 10 K in 45 Minutes

It's my understanding buffet as said he reads a 10 K in roughly 45 minutes. Do you actually read the entire 10 K front to back, including notes? Or do you skip to certain sections while focusing on other sections that are important to you? If so, which sections do you ignore and why? 10 K is very a lot in length. I know I read it within like 90 minutes or something because I only set aside about 90 minutes to read anything. Some weird 10 Ks in which they seem to repeat everything twice.
