The Importance of Rehab in Strength Training

I like having track and field coaches on this show because it's a close cousin or relative to strength, formal strength and conditioning. It's all kind of the same rehab too. I don't know that there was anything that I wouldn't have learned elsewhere, but it was certainly underlined and put exclamation points on some of the things that I always kind of felt strongly about. The fact that I came in with a totally fresh mind and maybe an outside view was a tremendous advantage.
