Diet Emon's Story

The Dutch were initially happy to remain neutral as Hitler began to invade countries to his east. The Netherlands had long been known for its religious tolerance. Diet Emon was a quiet woman who kept to herself, but between 1939 and 1945, she has a story that is well documented and stirring. We don't have a full biography of her; we will tell her story over this six year period.
