The Arms Embargo on the Chinese Ammo
The embargo was more of a political statement than anything. The Chinese have been on the blacklist since 1989. They wanted to get the SAMO without violating their own sanctions, right? So because of that, they specifically put no Chinese ammunition either directly or indirectly in our contract. But when we discovered that it was Chinese ammo, we had to make a choice.
