How to Find a Great Writer

We looked for people in our programmes who were willing to, i call it aa, opening up a vein on the page. Because that's the hardest thing, yo're when you're looking for a great writer. Every year we got 36 hundred writing samples into into filthy wayWho was our port which was our portal. So 36 hundred writers would apply this and the ones that rose to the top weren't always very good but they were amazing. We've gone from a two act structure and comedy with a big bock comedy scene in act two and one,  to three acts where there are no acts at all.
