Are You Famous?

I think for a lot of people, especially if you're taker, it's a sign of weakness. I've worked with some organizations on trying to create more of a culture of giving. How do you get people to ask for help? That actually turns out to be more important than hiring givers. And also, the biggest thing actually is encouraging help seeking.
