I was reading some of your case studies and in some cases you close as quickly as like two to three weeks maybe in some cases. How do you guys approach that from a time to risk standpoint? Sure, no good question. I would say it really for us, it's really nailing down a financial model. And that's probably where we spend the most diligent side. We're investing in relatively simple businesses. Oftentimes there's not a ton to go on that side.
