I think there's something here about the role of self awareness and helping us make an effective request right. And then we just said about the interplay of when we're drowning. Are we focused on us or are we focused on others enough to ask for help. There's no way that we can formulate coherent thoughts and enough to, to, to communicate properly our needs in that situation. We're just so I mean this is the fight or flight thing it's like I picture drowning and, you know, my arms just flailing and trying anything just grabbing on to anything. Right.
