The Internet as an Operational System
We're moving from that to the internet as an operational system, as a backbone for all our living systems. And so we've seen a lot of a lot of organizations who used to have a lot of their customer interactions through their web sites, now their dominant customary interactions are through their a p is. That's really great, because, just like we talked about, it provides speed and automation and on force multiply or a around the capabilities. But of course, there's also a dark side of that, which is, you're, you're vulnerable, and you you increase your risk by doing that.
