How to Hire an Account-Based Marketer

You want to look for somebody who has a vision and the operational skills to bring that vision to life. They need to have almost a mini CMO approach to their territory to execute cross-functional marketing strategies. You should not be measuring your account-based marketer on leads, you're setting them up for failure.
