How to Email a Hotel Manager for Special Requests
CNN's John Sutter and his wife booked a four-night stay in Ghent, Belgium. He emailed the general manager ahead of time to make sure he got breakfast right for those two nights. The hotel gave them two connecting rooms instead of one room with two double beds. They knew that would probably be helpful as they were traveling with their kids.
