How to Get the Most Joy Out of Exercise

i would challenge people too, to say, like, let right down everything you do every day for seven days. If any aspect of that is sitting down watching t v, there's no excuses. And i'll tell you too, for me, kelly, the the feeling of those 25 to 30 minutes fter a hard workout, where i'm on the elliptic o going still hard, and reading. So i'm combining, like the two things i i get the most joy out of, which is learning and physically moving my body. I think it all traces back to that,. i'm combining two things i love so much, and know they're good for me to do that
