Modernism and the Abstract Expressionists

When einstein came forward with his theory of relativity, basically shattering isaac newton's theory of time as completely fixed and linear and unchanging. And then from impressionism, hou gets expressionism. With expressionism you've got the artists saying, all right, a camera can take a photograph of this field, but this field isn't just visual information. I get feelings from this tree. This tree makes me feel happy. This tree making me feel sad. How can i do what this camera can never do? Now, in 19 o six, another very important thing happened.
