China to Forgive 23 Loans in 17 African Countries

This is a continuation of a trend that's been going on since about two thousand nine, where china will cancel or re structure debt for developing countries. This Debt cancellation also comes with a pledge to strengthen trade and collaboration with africa. I think this is obviously a far better alternative for these developing countries than continuing o work with a preditors like the united states. It's good to at least end it off with one optimistic point about the future. Hopefully this will be the beginning of a a m new standard of trade around the world.
