We Can't Just Stop There

Alex is one of the few people with ADHD that can't just sit and watch television or films for hours particularly when he's in a place. I find there's safety in watching it's always sunny in Philadelphia for the sixth time round the US office for like the tenth time around community when I watch those programs it's safe. If the characters feel strong emotions it makes her anxious, she doesn't want to see them so we avoid brilliant new TV because they're too emotional. We think we want this sport this non-spoiler thing and our brains often our emotions don't they kind of aren't.
