The Backlash to a National Draft

I don't think a draft is ever coming back in the US. It may feel like one is coming sometimes and a bill might even be introduced, but the backlash is was so severe again. People didn't like the Iraq war almost immediately. A dish adding a draft to that would have been a disaster. According to Alex, the definition of fascism is the United States in 2003 plus a draft.
