Sally Kohn: It can be a tough balance to find because we're told so often in so many ways that sleep is important. And then you come to treatment for insomnia, and if you get CBT, then a lot of what you hear is those, the catastrophe that you're worried about is unlikely. So I find it's just for my own experience too, kind of wanting to find that balance between acknowledging on the one hand that God, this just sucks.
