Comcast's Transformation From an RPO to an Internal Delivery Model

I was brought on to lead an RPO that was really owning a lot of our hiring. We found and we realized that the B2B space was such a big lucrative opportunity for Comcast, it just wasn't cost effective to do it with an RPO. Just clear the margins and just the markups on and having to pay for those hires. So we actually started to bring it in house. The biggest thing is just getting the funding and getting the approval for the headcount internally. That's why Comcast is always a great buy from a stock option and we're very stable.We always have pretty strong earnings and a great balance sheet is there more financially conservative.
