Is Hegel a Direct Realist?
I had thought epistemologically that he was just known as a direct realist and we actually talked to John Searle on this show who gave a newer version of this. And most recently in reading Hegel's phenomenology, he urges us to doubt the doubt,. Makes pretty much exactly the same move that more is going to end up making here. I feel like if I had read the more going into the Searle interview, I would have been a little more capable of and we had, you know, an interesting conversation about it.
