Is There a Long Recovery Cycle?

I'm just curious in your perspective, because we talked about you when you did the back to back Ironman's I talked about, you know, if you have at least four weeks between those two big races, that's ideal. And it depending on how much time you have, you kind of just then taper again,. You don't, you cannot return to and I've seen people do this. It actually might be detrimental to reintroduce that much training in between the two events that you're trying to do.
