How Much Time Should You Dedicate to Exercise?

The physical activity guidelines for Americans, their last revision was done in 2018. Says that they want you to have 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week. The secondary recommendation is please also get two days of resistance train per week. So it's roughly two hours of moderate roughly an hour and 15 minutes or roughly an hour of 15 minutes of vigorous.
