The Importance of Reading to Boys

Gurion: Our tendency has been to make boys, to force boys to read when they're not quite ready. He says the more we pressure them, the more they start to hate reading. Gurion recommends an hour to an hour and a half a day reading for that age group. Parents should also be empowered to ask questions of preschools and kindergarten's values.
